EVENT INFORMATION

Creighton Academy School

Registration

  • Players may purchase a ticket at www.smiteclub40k.com/store.

  • Warhammer 40K Tickets are $75 until Monday February 10, 2025 and $90 thereafter.

  • Warhammer AoS Tickets are $65 until Monday February 10, 2025 and $75 thereafter.

  • Star Wars Shatterpoint Team Tickets are $50 until Monday February 10, 2025 and $60 thereafter.

  • Marvel Crisis Protocol Team Tickets are $75until Monday February 10, 2025 and $85 thereafter.

  • 50% of proceeds go directly to benefit the Creighton Academy Past Due School Lunch Program.

  • Refund / transfer requests will be processed without question up to 30 days prior to the event. Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred within 30 days of the event.

  • Registration will close at 11:59pm MST the Monday before the event.

 

  • Army Construction

    • Armies must consist of no more than 2,000 points.

    Paint and Modeling

    • All models must be painted to the Battle Ready Tournament Standard minimum as defined in the ITC Guidelines as well as abide by the modeling guidelines regarding proxies.

    • Models that do not meet this minimum standard will be removed from the table by a judge, even if this means it occurs in the middle of a game.

    • If you are unsure of whether your models meet the standard, please send pictures for approval to info@smiteclub40k.com no later than 10 days before the event. Conversions not submitted for approval prior to this date may be removed from play if deemed to be inadequate substitutions.

    Missions

    • Players must use the Chapter Approved Pariah Nexus Mission Deck as amended by the GW Pariah Nexus Tournament Companion.

    Rules Cut-off

    • No new rules material (codices, erratas, points adjustments, etc.) will be allowed after 10 days prior to the event.

    List Submission

    • Lists must be uploaded to BCP by 11:59pm MST the Monday before the event. Late submissions will result in a yellow card.

    Terrain

    • GW Layouts will be used as per the Tournament Companion missions.

    Conduct

    • The ITC Code of Conduct will be in effect for this event. You are expected to have read and understood it if you participate in Scorched Earth Open.

  • Army Construction

    • Each Army must be made up of an army of 2,000 points using the rules and restrictions provided in the Pitched Battle section from the current General’s Handbook.

    Paint and Modeling

    • The army/model must be painted to GW’s Battle Ready standard. The event will be scored on the ITC hobby track. Proxies are allowed, but must be an appropriate representation of the official model. If in doubt, contact the TO before the event.

    Terrain

    • Mystical Terrain rules will be used, and rolled for by the players before the game.

    Rules Cut-off

    • No new rules material (codices, errata, points adjustments, etc.) will be allowed after March 25th, 2024. White Dwarf rules will generally be allowed.

    List Submission

    • Lists must be uploaded to BCP by 11:59pm MST Monday April 1, 2024. Lists must be properly formatted with all points, equipment, spells, terrain, strategies, battalions noted. Late submissions will result in a yellow card.

    Conduct

    • The ITC Code of Conduct will be in effect for this event. You are expected to have read and understood it if you participate in Scorched Earth Open.
